Sacred Body Wisdom
Yoga has been a part of my life for thirty years, and for over 25 of those years, I've been teaching it full-time. My spiritual journey started with yoga, and it’s been a crucial foundation for staying present in my body and grounding myself, both physically and energetically. Yoga has played a key role in my inner transformation and in building a strong body, allowing me to serve as a wide-reaching channel.
